Bungie community manager, David “Deej” Dague, thoughtfully sent a man recovering from brain surgery a Destiny care package. Reddit user, Bkbunn87, had posted a thread about how husband had been recommended Destiny by his doctor as a form of physical therapy following several surgeries.

After seeing the post, Deej contacted the lady and sent her husband a care package that included a message for him to check with the Post Master in the tower. To their joy, the couple found that Deej had sent the exotic gun, Fate of All fools, a solar primary that will apparently be available in future content.

Bkbunny87 expressed her gratitude to Deej and the Bungie crew in her new thread, even sharing several images of her husband’s Guardian, tRiFecTa01, with his new loot. He is currently the only player with this weapon in-game.
