Zelda fans who missed out on the limited edition Majora’s Mask New 3DS XL bundle from the Nintendo store can give a cheer, as Amazon UK has listed the console and it is currently still available to pre-order. Unfortunately, the deal isn’t as good as the Nintendo bundle, where for £209.99 you got the console, pre-installed with the game, a charger, and the rather awesome Skull Kid figurine that features in the American collector’s edition. Amazon has the console, with pre-installed game, listed for £224.99 with free delivery. Still, it’s a much cheaper than the inflated prices that have begun to appear on eBay.

Fans clamoured to pre-order the console from the Nintendo store and it sold out within 24 hours. UK retailer GAME stated that it would not be stocking the item, and so it seems surprising that Amazon has now listed the coveted console. Could there be hope for Zelda fans across the pond? Is there a chance that the American Amazon might also begin taking pre-orders in the near future?

The New 3DS and New 3DS XL will be launching on February 13, 2015, alongside the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D.
