It looks like even more themes for 3DS and 2DS will be launching this Friday, adding a host of new patterned designs. Unfortunately, none of them appear to feature any familiar Nintendo characters but it’s nice to see the range of themes being expanded. Nintendo UK tweeted the good news earlier today:

I assume these themes will be priced at the standard cost of themes, which is currently £1.79 / €1,99 each. I’m impressed with how often Nintendo has been updating its range of themes, even giving away a promotional Halloween theme to lucky Club Nintendo members. I hope we see some special Christmas ones also, however, for the time being I’m pretty content with my Animal Crossing theme. Although, I might be tempted by some Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire themes, should Nintendo launch some Pokémon themes alongside the launch of the games. I’d love a Drifloon/Drifblim theme!
