It looks like some retailers have broken the street date of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt well in advance of its official release of May 19, 2015. Reports began to surface on the official CD Projekt Red forums among other places, as well as many streams appearing on Twitch. Twitch was quick to react to the streams and has since removed them, advising players that the game is not allowed to be broadcasted before its official release:

Considering that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is primarily an offline game, those who are lucky enough to get a hold of it early could easily play it under the radar if they’re not daft enough to try bragging over Twitch that is. Of course, anyone playing it early will not have access to the day one update that is planned for the game, that will allow for a smoother gameplay experience.
