Square Enix has updated the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn patch 2.5 special site with more information about the highly anticipated Manderville Gold Saucer. The website now gives a run down of the exciting events that will await players, such as chocobo racing, chocobo breeding, Triple Triad, Cactpot, and other mini games. The site also gives a guide to the Gold Saucer Active Time Events (GATEs), showcasing the diverse range of timed events that will take place within the Gold Saucer. The website also confirms what we already suspected that the Adamantoise and Fenrir mounts will be rewards from the Gold Saucer, although there is no information as to how they will be obtained. The Gambler’s Attire and Bunny Attire are also listed as rewards, of course, we already knew the Setzer inspired costume would be.

The patch is due to go live tomorrow on Tuesday on February 24, 2015 and will include the implementation of the popular Manderville Gold Saucer, A Realm Reborn‘s very own theme park.
