Sony have unveiled four limited edition PlayStation 4 consoles that are headed to Japan alongside the release of the PlayStation exclusive, Yakuza Zero. There are two different models, the Kazuma Kiryu Edition and the Goro Majima Edition, both of which feature a laser etched HDD cover of the tattoos of the Yakuza Zero protagonist. Both models are available in two colours, black and white, meaning that fans will have to decide which of the four consoles they desire the most. The console designs are reminiscent of the limited edition Yakuza PlayStation 3 console that was released for Yakuza 3.

Both are available for pre-order from the Japanese Sony website for the price of 41,980 yen plus taxes, for an additional 6,480 yen plus taxes you can choose to bundle the game with it as well.

There’s no word on a western release for any of these consoles, as much as I’d like to see them over here I wouldn’t be too surprised if we didn’t get them. With so many limited edition PlayStation 4 consoles on the horizon, such as the Final Fantasy Type-0 console, surely western fans will be able to get at least one of them? I hope so in any case.
